Has the US Finally Adopted the Legal Services Act?

Big Hat Tip to Jordan Furlong at law21 for this. There is a bill before the North Carolina senate to “Allow Nonattorney Ownership of PC Law Firms”. See here for the bill. The Legal Services Act has arrived in the US. Astonishing! Surely, it’s the work of Satan.
